Exclusive Repairs works right across South London so if you live in this area the answer is almost certainly yes. We cover all London Boroughs in South London and their wards. We work five days a week. The office is staffed from 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and you can book an appointment for a technician to visit you from 8am onward.
Yes. All domestic appliance repairs are guaranteed for a period of six months.
Fixed price repair is broken down into three parts. The first is the diagnostic time - the technician will check your appliance and inform you about its condition, what need to be fixed and if it's cost-effective to repair it. Labour for the repair is charged separately and if any parts are needed, you pay for them separately.
In the unlikely event that repair is not possible or not cost-effective, you'll pay only for the diagnostic visit.

We work with electric ovens, hobs and hoods, washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashers. In general our services are available for domestic customers. We will repair domestic appliances in commercial settings but in this instance we're unable to offer our usual six month guarantee.
We work with appliances from most leading and many less known manufacturers including AEG, LG, Neff, Rangemaster and Whirlpool. Follow the link to find out more about brands we work with. If your appliance brand isn't on the list, you're welcome to ring us anyway. If the technicians have the appropriate skills and tools, and are able to access any spare parts needed, they'll be happy to help you out.
If spare parts need to be ordered you'll be asked to pay for them, the technician will order them, and the repair will be completed at the soonest possible time that's convenient for you after the part has arrived.
No, a repair carried out in two visits will cost you the same as a repair carried out in one. You'll pay the diagnostic charge once only and labour at the usual rates for the appliance in question
We're happy to accept payment in cash, by cheque or by major debit cards.
Certainly, we welcome any customer requesting repairs of domestic appliances.
Subject to availability of the necessary parts and an engineer, yes we do. In all circumstances we'll offer you the soonest available appointment that's convenient to you.
