Worthy of a 10 star review. The customer services of this firm was far above others I had worked with recently.
I had a faulty dishwasher and Exclusive Repairs was able to arrange for an engineer to visit the very next day (during a busy Christmas period). Not only did I get a courtesy call to confirm booking, I also received a courtesy call prior to the engineer arriving.
Dimitre (apologies for the misspelling), was a courteous, friendly and patient engineer. After inspecting and testing the dishwasher, multiple faults were found and rather than making money out of me to fix one thing and make me think all is good, I was advised of the various costs and issues and a recommendation, I was charged a discounted rate because they were not able to fix it unless major work was done or a replacement was bought.
Their rates were already very competitive, but I appreciated the honesty so much (especially during these tricky times).
Thanks again! Will use your company in the future and hope others do too.

I use this exclusive repair many time now and can’t fault them! I work as Building manager and have to arrange repairs or replacement of different appliances. Started to use exclusive repair now for several tasks, from new instructions to repairs or quotes, they always come across professional and value for money.
Just had new dish washer installed by Craig and Kiril their 2 technicians. Who were so calm and knowledgeable.. done excellent clean job and plus trained my housekeeping team how to use new appliance.

I am also very happy they used a protective sheet to protect the floor.

Great service. I am satisfied with the quality of my dishwasher repair. Before I called them I was wondering if it will worth the cost to repair it instead of replace it. I am so happy I called Exclusive repair and definitely recommend them.
